RTS-X Software V1.6.3 Release

RTS-X software has been updated to improve stall homing on RTS-1 open-loop stepper controllers.

This update also adds various quality-of-life updates such as zoom-to-fit in the 3D display, overwrite confirmation in the web interface, and polarity control for the GPIO inputs.

Stall Homing Improvements

Improved stall detection for open loop stepper systems for more consistent stall homing.

Real time (no pun intended) telemetry feedback from the motors while homing. Monitor the motor torque and stall threshold on new graphical readouts.

RTS-X Software V1.5.9 Release

RTS-X software now supports automatic tool changers.

This update adds support for RapidChange Automatic Tool Changers, a new tool table, and various quality-of-life updates.

ATC Support

The RTS-X controllers now natively support RapidChange ATC magazines. No custom g-code required! The easy-to-use setup wizard will get your ATC up and running in no time.

Convenient on-screen controls allow you to quickly change tools and prep your next job.

Run complex toolpaths with multiple tools seamlessly. The RTS-X controllers and software orchestrate all tool changes using the tool magazine, tool setter, and VFD spindle.

RTS-X Software V1.4.18 Release

RTS-X software version 1.4.18 is our second hotfix release for version 1.4.

This update provides quality-of-life improvements, bug fixes, and positions the software for automatic tool changer support in version 1.5.

Notable changes include:

Improvements to jump-to-line features, fix bug when jumping in some tool paths with many small arcs
Improvements to the network management settings on Raspberry Pi and Redline platforms and better support for dual band WiFi networks
Improved motion planning and smoothing when jogging at high speeds with the gamepad or on-screen jogging controller
Improvements to the web interface to handle unreliable network connections and weak WiFi network connections
Fixes for font and graphic element scaling on different operating systems

RTS-X Software V1.4.6 Release

RTS-X software version 1.4.6 is our big cross-platform software release.

This major update adds support for Windows, Linux and Mac desktop computers and laptops. Our software now supports dynamic scaling, more screen resolutions and screen scaling.

Other notable changes include:

A new welcome wizard to load machine defaults and get your machine up and running fast!
Improvements to the web interface including more robust file uploads, expanded webcam support, and a responsive layout for mobile devices
Improvements to the experimental jump-to-line feature including new status readouts
User-requested support for individual output control using m-codes (M64, M65)
