NO OTHER WARRANTY IS PROVIDED, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. Except as expressly stated in this document, we disclaim all other warranties, guarantees, or representations regarding the product.

2. Limitations and Exclusions

This limited warranty is strictly confined to the coverage outlined above. It does not cover and is voided by any of the following:

  • Consequential Damages: Personal or bystander injury, loss of life, or property damage arising directly or indirectly from the use, operation, or failure of the equipment.
  • Improper Use: Damage or failure resulting from the equipment not being installed, operated, or maintained strictly in accordance with our provided instructions and manuals.
  • Unauthorized Modifications: Equipment that has been serviced, repaired, altered, or modified by any third party or end-user. This includes, but is not limited to, any hardware, firmware, or software modifications.
  • Wear and Tear: Normal wear and tear over the lifespan of the product, or damage resulting from a lack of routine maintenance.

3. Warranty Conditions and Claims Process

All warranty claims are subject to the following strict conditions:

  • Company Discretion: We reserve the exclusive right to either repair or replace defective units at our sole discretion.
  • Right of Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse or reject any warranty claims if, upon inspection, we determine that the defect or damage was not caused by manufacturing, assembly, or material defect covered under this warranty.
  • Pre-Approval Required: The customer must acquire written pre-approval from our support team before shipping or returning any units to us for warranty repair or investigation. Units received without prior authorization will not be processed.
